We specialize in wheelchair tie-down systems, retractors, occupant restraints, and securement accessories. Browse our shop for current inventory.

Are your products in stock?

Items listed on our shop are generally stocked and ready to ship. If something is on backorder, we will note it on the product page and confirm an ETA at checkout.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Call us immediately at 800-884-6456 or email ken@webbcap.com. Orders that have already shipped or been tendered to a carrier cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Yes — see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms. In short: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the damaged packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
